Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to commonly asked questions about our services.
When and how do I get paid for my work?
Payment is made once the production company pays the agency, and we ensure that you receive your earnings on the same day we are paid—no delays. For most jobs, payments are processed within 6 to 8 weeks, unless you are featured talent, which may be paid sooner. Please note, a 20% agent commission is deducted from your daily rate for each completed job.
What does “call time” and “wrap time” mean?
Call time is the exact time you are expected to arrive at base camp or the designated location, ready to begin your day. Wrap time refers to the end of shooting for the day, which can vary depending on the production schedule. It’s important to be punctual and available for the full duration of the shoot day.
Are meals provided on set?
Yes! Productions provide meals and craft services (snacks and drinks) throughout the shoot day to keep cast and crew well-fed and energized. You’ll be informed in advance of meal arrangements, and we recommend bringing your own water bottle and snacks just in case.
What is a “costume brief” and what should I wear to set?
A costume brief is the list of clothing or wardrobe items you’ll need to bring or wear to set, based on the character or scene. It’s essential to follow these instructions carefully to match the production’s needs. You’ll receive the brief via email or WhatsApp ahead of your shoot day.
